Chan Gailey Says Loss to the Patriots Won’t Linger for Long

The Bills held a 14-point lead in the 3rd quarter Sunday, only to end up allowing a total of 52 points and losing to the Patriots in stunning fashion.

QB Ryan Fitzpatrick said he’s worried about the loss lingering, but coach Chan Gailey said that he know the team can’t sit back and feel sorry for themselves.

“It’s not (going to linger) because I’m not going to let that happen,” said Gailey. ”Getting back to the mental toughness part (of our team), that can’t happen. Of course, I won’t see them from now until Wednesday, they’ll be around a little bit (Tuesday), but that’s my responsibility is to not let that happen. You can’t let one loss cost you two.”
