Bills Players Ready to Gather for Workouts in the Buffalo Area

About 30 players for the Bills are scheduled to gather this week for informal, non-contact workouts in the Buffalo area, Allen Wilson of The Buffalo News reports.

“It’s just time to start doing some football stuff,” cornerback Terrence McGee said. “I know a lot of guys have been training and getting into shape individually, but this will be a chance to work on some things together.”

Wilson adds that quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, who organized a passing camp with a handful of teammates in Arizona last month, will participate, as will veteran wide receiver Lee Evans.

It is unclear if any of the team’s nine draft picks will be in attendance.

“It will be good to see the guys and actually be able to compete a little bit,” McGee added. “I’m sure we’ll get a lot of good work in.”
