LT Demetrius Bell misses practice with a knee injury

Starting left tackle Demetrius Bell missed practice because of a knee injury, leaving his status uncertain for the Bills Sunday matchup in KC vs the Chiefs.

It’s unknown if the injury to Bell took place in the loss to Baltimore on Sunday, or whether it’s related to the right knee injury that ended the player’s season in December. The Bills are already without starting right tackle Cornell Green, who’s out indefinitely with a knee injury.

Starting free safety Jairus Byrd also missed practice due to a thigh injury. Chan Gailey expressed hope that Byrd will practice Thursday.
