Bills Ink Third Round Pick DE Alex Carrington

The Bills have agreed to terms with defensive end Alex Carrington on a four-year contract.

Carrington, selected in the third round – No. 72 overall – of this year’s draft out of Arkansas State, is competing for a backup role on a revamped defense that is making the switch to the 3-4 system.

At 6-foot-5 and 285 pounds, Carrington was a four-year starter in college. He finished with 21 1/2 career sacks to rank second in school history and fourth in the Sun Belt Conference.

He was also the conference’s 2008 defensive player of the year.

Why is it that we as Buffalo Bills fans have to
be subjected to the ridicule of the rest of the league. I am not in the Buffalo area now
but every day I read all the reports and the
projected standings….why do they predict that
we will win only 2 games this year. Will somebody please address this. I have been a season ticket holder for many years. But I guarentee I will give up all four of my tickets
if I am not entertained this year!!
