New York Jets Take Boise State CB Kyle Wilson at No.29

With the 29th pick in Round 1, the New York beef up their secondary with Boise State CB Kyle Wilson.

The Jets hope Wilson (1) will have his hands on the football a lot in 2010

Nearly a four-year starter at Boise State, Wilson has shown a nack for making big plays with the football, both as a cornerback (8 INT’s in 2008-09) and a punt returner (3 punt returns for TDs in ’08).  Like fellow cornerback Devin McCourty, Wilson’s stock climbed during the Senior Bowl and many scout believe he’s a better cover corner than Florida’s Joe Haden.
