Charlie Casserly of CBS reports the Bills first offered the head coaching position to Stanford’s head coach Jim Harbaugh, but he declined the offer. Harbaugh has been a hot candidate for a head coaching job in the NFL due to his level of success with a middle-tier football program and his use of a Pro-Style offense. Rumors say there might also be interest from the Raiders if head coach Tom Cable is let go as expected.
