Posted in According to NFL.com’s Jason LaCanfora, the Bills have not yet begun their head coaching search in earnest. All of the “name” coaches, such as Mike Shanahan, Bill Cowher, and Jon Gruden, are out. Left to go with Plan B, the Bills are reportedly starting a new list of candidates and will wait until after the season to begin serious interviews.B
