The Bills made some roster moves today as they took the field for training camp:
The Buffalo Bills today announced that the team has signed unrestricted free agents DL Corey Mace and CB Antwain Spann. In accordance with team policy, terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Mace joins the Bills after spending the 2007 and 2008 seasons on Buffalo’s practice squad and will wear number 75. The 6-3, 287-pound Wyoming product originally entered the NFL as an undrafted rookie free agent with the Bills in 2007.
Spann joins the Bills after a three year stint with the New England Patriots and will wear number 36. The 6-0, 200-pound Louisiana-Lafayette product appeared in 19 games with New England. Spann originally entered the NFL as an undrafted rookie free agent with the New York Giants in 2005.
The team also announced today that DL Ventrell Jenkins has been Waived/Injured and K Danny Urrego has been Waived.
