QB Edwards Will Not Need Shoulder Surgery

The Bills got some good news recently, as it appears that quarterback Trent Edwards will not need offseason surgery on his shoulder.

Reports say that Edwards saw several doctors after the Bills’ season was over to get a full evaluation on the shoulder, which caused him some soreness late in the season. Those evaluations determined that the shoulder is not a serious problem.

Edwards did miss a pair of games in December due to a strained groin. He returned to play the final two games of the season.
