Bills Sign Draft Pick As Camp Opens

The Bills have signed their fifth round draft pick, linebacker Alvin Bowen out of Iowa State.  The signing leaves four of the Bills’ 10 draft picks still unsigned as players report to training camp today at St. John Fisher College in Rochester.  The first practice open to the public will be tomorrow.
