4th Round TE Fine and Bills Agree to Terms

The Buffalo News is reporting that the team has signed fourth-round pick TE Derek Fine today. Fine was the team’s second of two fourth round selections, and was taken 132nd overall. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.  Fine is considered a high-character, hard-working player. He adds to a position that will be very competitive with a high number of candidates competing for time. Blue-collar type, shines as blocker and has underrated receiving skills. Caught 46 passes for 394 yards and four TDs as a senior. Runs a 4.84. Will be counted on to play special teams and could make contribution as a tight end in motion sets.
