The Bills are getting a boost to the secondary, as the team has come to terms with seven-year vet CB William James. The corner comes to the Bills from the Eagles, where with Buffalo he will compete for a full-time starter spot in the teams secondary with Jabari Greer. According to agent Ronald Slavin, James will report next week to the Bills for voluntary workouts. The deal is a two-year deal, but terms of how much James will make was not announced.
