Defensive end James Hall, who was released by St. Louis, and cornerback Williams James, who was with the Eagles, have been in Buffalo talking with team officials and taking physicals. Hall is an eight-year veteran while James has been in the league for seven years.
Former Oakland Raiders tight end Courtney Anderson has signed with the Bills. Anderson was in Buffalo last week and said he wanted to play here, but his agent wanted him to check out another team. One week later he was back and signed with the Bills.
