Bills Promote Brandon, Will Handle GM Duties

The Bills have promoted from within, in their search for a new general manager.  Ralph Wilson Jr. has chosen Executive Vice President Russ Brandon to become the new Chief Operating Officer.  Brandon has spent the last 11 years with the Bills and will now handle all football and business operations.  Brandon will be the fourth lead executive for the team since 2000.
