The Bills today announced that offensive line coach Jim McNally has retired.  McNally walks away after coaching for the past 28 years in the NFL.  He got hurt bad this past season in week three after taking a shot on the sidelines after a punt in the teams game vs the Pats, he suffered three broken ribs, a broken bone in his back and had his right knee blown out.  “I’m going to have to get my knee replaced,” said McNally. “I still have my enthusiasm for the game, but I’ve got to get my body right.”  He was a coach for the college and pro ranks for 43 seasons.  “I have truly enjoyed my coaching career in the NFL and I just feel that the time is right for me to retire,” he said.
