The Bills began preparations Wednesday for Monday night’s home game against the Dallas Cowboys.  Defensive end Anthony Hargrove returned to practice after serving a four-game suspension for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy.  He’s likely to be activated this week to provide relief for starting defensive ends Aaron Schobel and Chris Kelsay.  Linebacker Keith Ellison was also back on the practice field for the first time since suffering a high ankle sprain in the preseason finale.
