Posted in Dr.Barth A Green from the Miami Project was interviewed on Sportscenter and Kevin Everett has movement in his upper and lower extremities. The doctors are now optimistic that he might be able to walk out of the hospital. Dr.Andrew Cappuccino and staff lowered some of the sedation medication, monotypothermia was administered within minutes of the injury and this is what’s being called the difference in his miraculous, yet possible recovery.
The IV fluids once Kevin arrived at the hospital were kept at 92 degrees and this dedicated group of physicians are really amazed at how Kevin is responding. Keep him in your prayers for a safe and speedy recovery.
