Former Jags Safety Darius Meets with Bills

Donovin Darius met with members of the Buffalo Bills coaching staff on Tuesday as the veteran NFL safety searches for a new team.  Darius was released by the Jacksonville Jaguars back on June 14th.  He led the Jaguars’ secondary in tackles in each of his first seven seasons before missing 14 games in 2005 with a torn ACL.  In his rookie year, Darius worked with Bills head coach Dick Jauron who, at the time, was Jacksonville’s defensive coordinator.
